The opportunity to make money online from home these days is tremendous and there are millions of people earning from a couple dollars a day to a couple thousand dollars a day.
I have always been one to firmly commit to the fact that a legitimate opportunity has to be a work from home no fee program because those that ask for money are scams.
The only exception to this is when it comes to learning something new you will use to make money online. No different than starting a new job where you have to learn the ways your company does business so you can begin to be promoted within the business and earn more money.
Being able to use some of the best ways to make money online sometimes comes with the cost of an education to learn how to use the free resources, tools and websites available for everyone. this does not mean you always have to spend money or that you have to spend a ton of money. The honest truth you can pick things up for free and there are tons of real and even big name companies that offer work from home no fee programs.
Did you know that Walmart, Target, Macys, Guitar Center all have work from home no fee programs? All you have to do is learn how to use these types of programs to make money online.

The areas of the body that secrete the most oil are the face the neck the back and the chest. It may be very tempting and in some cases habit forming to “Pop” or “squeeze” a pimple but this can only make things worse as it will damage the skin tissue and leave a scar, such as a “pit” or a “hard upraised” area that may last for long periods of time.
Poor hygiene is not linked to the cause or continuation of acne but good cleanliness is a factor in the control of the condition, washing your face continually could actually worsen the problem because as you are washing the oil away from your skin and the skin will try to produce even more oil because you made it dry by washing it.
Teenage boys and girls seem to acquire acne more than the general population, it is well documented that hormonal changes are causes of higher levels of oil secretions of the glands due to natural secretions of steroids during puberty.
The acne usually starts at the onset of puberty and continues sometimes into the mid 20’s or even later. A balanced Diet plays an important part in the prevention and control of acne and it is recommended to stay away from fatty and oily foods. Sometimes stress may cause outbreaks of acne, therefore it is beneficial to take care of yourself both physically and mentally.
There are many types of acne treatments available today such as diets, pills, prescriptions and topical medicines, which are applied directly to the skin.

Here are some common words and phrases that many people use to fill space while speaking. See if you recognize any of them in your own speech:
“um” and “uh” “You know what I mean?” and “You know?” “and stuff” “anyway” “like” “and” (or another conjunction used to string sentences together)
An alternative to this habit is the adoption of a unique phrase or word. For example, on a recent trip to the computer store, the gentleman working with me said, “BAM!” every time he showed me something on the computer. He would type in an instruction, hit “return” and say “BAM!” When he printed something off for me, he said “BAM! There it is.” It was cute but none-the-less distracting.
One of the worse cases I’ve seen of someone using word fillers was seeing a colleague include fillers in writing! It was almost like his fillers were a part of his thinking process!
In spontaneous conversation or while making a presentation, fillers distract and bore the listener. Why? For one thing, the natural flow of speech is interrupted and the speech sounds disjointed. This causes the listener to be distracted making it more difficult to follow the story line.
Secondly, word fillers tend not to add value or meaning to the topic. Even “you know what I mean?” is meaningless if used too often and if the speaker doesn’t actually wait for a response. Again, it distracts the listener from the speaker’s message.
Fillers like the ones mentioned above aren’t just distracting. They diminish our presence as professionals. Think of a polished speaker who you know. Does he/she have word fillers in speech? The recent presidential nominations offer us many opportunities to listen and observe many speakers. The speakers who use “um” are less polished and less effective.
Consider how you feel when you experience a person talking with word fillers. Do you get annoyed? Or feel impatient? Do you listen to the message or do you tune him/her out?
To figure out if you use fillers and just how often, ask a partner whom you trust to listen to you while you speak for a minute. Talk about yourself or your business. Ask your partner to count the number and type of fillers that you use in one minute. Another technique is to record yourself speaking on the telephone and then listen to the recording and count instances of “ums” or other fillers in your speech. Bringing awareness of this habit to a conscious level can be humiliating!
Once you have awareness of your speech, pick a time during the day that you can work on eliminating this behavior. An excellent place to start to making changes to your speech is while you speak on the telephone. Again, tape record your end of the conversation and listen to yourself after the call, you will be able to monitor changes even better. Establish a goal of reducing the number of “um”s you will use that is less than the number you use now. A few “ums” aren’t distracting but a lot of them are. Work towards using none or 1-2 in a minute.
Like anything else, developing new behaviours takes time, patience and practice. Being an effective, polished speaker is hard work but reaps benefits if achieved!

A few kitchen waste products you should stay away from are meats, dairy produts, and oils. While these items can be decomposed by your worms, they are not particularly good for the digestive tracts of your worms. It is best to not add these items to your earthworm farms.
A note about citrus fruits. Citris fruits are ok to add to your earthworm farms sparingly. Like other fruits and vegetables, they are highly nutritious and add a lot to your compost, however if you add too much and the citrus level within your earthworm farms reaches a high level, your worms will cease ingesting and decomposing the waste. If you find this happening, refrain from adding any more citrus to the bin for a week or two.
There is a debate on pet feces. Some say it is ok to add this to your earthworm farms, but I am reserved against doing so. Here are a few reasons why. Many dogs will at some point take medicine to de-worm them. While you are obviously not killing earthworms infecting your dog, the same chemicals that kill the parasitic worms can kill your earthworms. This medicine will come out in the dog’s feces. If your dog hasn’t been de-wormed in some time, it might be ok to add its feces. If you have a cat and use a litter box, I strongly urge against adding its feces. Many kitty litters use inorganic chemicals to de-oderize the feces. These chemicals can harm and even kill your worms.
Grass clippings and fallen leaves are some of the best and easiest things you can add to your earthworm farms. You should be careful about this though. If you use a weed killer on your lawn, or pesticides on your plants, the chemicals remain within the leaves and will end up being ingested by your worms. Much like the kitty litter above, these chemicals can harm or possibly kill your worms. Just stay away from any plants or lawns that have been chemically treated.

Yet, thank you cards are unusual in today’s society. That is so sad! There is no excuse to not send a thank you card…or is there?
It is often remarked, “I said thank you; why do I need to send a written card?”
Why NOT send a card?
If the answer is that you are too busy, think again: that is precisely the point. We are ALL busy. Every single one of us. The fact that someone takes the time out from their busy schedule to write and send a thank you note card says something about them to the giver. It says “I not only appreciate you, but I am thinking about you and you are worth the time it takes to write and send a card.” So don’t use being busy as an excuse. It just doesn’t hold water. Remember, whomever deserves your thanks took the time out of THEIR schedule to do for you whatever it was they did.
Another excuse overheard a lot is “I’ll probably never see/hear from/talk to that person again anyway.”
But what if you do?
If you aren’t in the habit of sending thank you cards in your social life, that’s one thing. But what about business thank you cards? The person who put in a reference on your behalf that resulted in your landing your dream job or dream apartment may end up being your boss or landlord someday. Think about it. Wouldn’t you want them to remember you as the grateful soul who took the time to write a thank you card? Not as someone who used them when they came in handy, and were promptly forgotten.
Probably the lamest excuse ever to not give or send a thank you card is “that’s their job; I don’t need to thank someone for doing their job.”
Not only is that the height of shameless thoughtlessness, but it’s also a silly assumption. We all need to be appreciated, whether paid or unpaid. And we often don’t know if someone is paid for what they do for us, or not. Lots of people work on a volunteer basis, or put in a lot of extra unpaid hours to help us out — it’s just not always known. How ridiculous to withhold gratitude based on whether it is presumed that the giver is being paid.
It’s also evident that those most generous with verbal and written gratitude receive the best service. Good manners are remembered. People from all walks of life tend to want to go out of their way for those who have previously shown them kindness. A concrete way to show that kindness is with a thank you card.
So, the next time you find yourself making an excuse not to send a thank you, consider what you may miss out on if your giver stopped giving. What would that mean in your life? Think about it, and start writing.

Let’s recap what the Registrar does:
1. They hold the master ‘database’ of domain names on the Internet.
2. They allow anyone to reserve a domain name.
3. The registration record holds the basic information about your website. (IP address, email server, etc..)
The biggest names in Registrars right now are:
* Godaddy.com
* Yahoo.com
* Register.com
* NetworkSolutions.com
We’ll take a quick look at each service and compare the features.
Godaddy.com
They are the low-cost leader. For about $10/yr. you can reserve a single domain name. For a few dollars more, you can get private registration or additional domain uses (.info, .tv, .net, etc…). Navigating the site can be a bit challenging since it’s very cluttered. However, they do provide the best value and features for domain management.
Yahoo.com
They have raised their prices over the past two years. 1 year domain registration is now $15/yr. (used to be $10). The user interface is fairly simple to navigate, but you need a Yahoo email to login to the domain manager.
Register.com
Not sure why they charge $34.99/yr. for domain reservations. However, they have a very clean user interface and all the same features as godaddy.
NetworkSolutions.com
They are the original Registrar. It all started with them. However, they have not innovated past their beginnings and must be feeling the pain. Their email servers have constant issues and they are difficult to deal with if you need to call them.
Our recommendation for 2009 is godaddy.com.
